Lucas Public Affairs, the firm started by Donna Lucas after her stint as Chief of Staff for California First Lady Maria Shriver, last week announced three new hires and the opening of a new office at 1215 K Street in Sacramento, better known to most as the Esquire building.
The new hires are:
- Julie Marengo;
- Jessica Spitz Biller;
- and Justin Knighten.
Our guess is we’ll start seeing some high-profile client announcements soon, to cover the high-profile office space and hires.
