Sacramento is not often thought of as Hollywood North but that could be changing with the continued output of Folsom-based Redwood Palms Pictures. The next film scheduled to be released from the production and distribution company is “Battle in Seattle” starring Charlize Theron, Woody Harrelson and Channing Tatum

Theron was on “The Daily Show” this evening to discuss the film, opening September 19, with host Jon Stewart.

The production company will be hosting a special screening on September 27 at the Regal 14 in El Dorado Hills featuring a special arrival and introduction by cast and director prior to 7:00pm show at 6:30pm.
There will be a a Q& A with Academy Award winner Charlize Theron, Martin Henderson and Dir. Stuart Townsend at the 7:00pm show, along with a 10 minute intro prior 10:00pm show.
