Sacramento-based MMC PR founded and led by Michele McCormick announced that they are merging with San Francisco-based CirclePoint a communications and environmental services firm
MMC’s six area-based employees will merge with an existing CirclePoint office in the Sacramento-area. McCormick will serve as executive vice president of the Sacramento region.
Current MMC clients include; Placer County Water Agency, Heald College, USA Properties, Sacramento Works, and the cities of Sacramento, Folsom and Rancho Cordova.
CirclePoint has 70 employees and in addition to San Francisco and Sacramento also has offices in Oakland and Washington DC.
This follows last year’s consolidation and acquisitions of several firms in the Sacramento-area including the merger of Wilson-Miller with Navigators and Crocker-Flanagan with Fresno-based Astone.
